Kalvin replaced my kitchen guttering, cleaned my house gutters ,cleaned the valleys and repointed then. It was a first rate job, and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend this company. I was flooded out last weekend, from three leaks on my roof. Within minutes of contacting the owner of the company a time was arranged to give me a quote. The quote was very competitive, and they fitted me in the same day. The work's now been completed to a very high standard, and is fully guaranteed. I was so happy with the service provided that they went ahead and power cleaned my very dirty Indian slate yard, which has now been restored to being like new.

I see Mr mc Williams  formally of mcs roofing has turned up at  aaa developments. While he was mcs he did a roof renewal on my property . He renewed a small run of lead flashing (approx 3mtrs max) ,which he maintained was not part of the original  quote that In  it's self cost£350 for approx. 2 /3 labour. The flashing itself cost around £50 which  they used around 1/3..yet he maintained it cost £200 plus.The rest  disappeared. The pointing of the ridge tiles was very poor quality. On completion I had been  advised by others to retain a small portion (£100)til it rained at that point he became extremely  aggressive  so I paid in full. 2years later (still under guarantee) 3/4 slates blew off.So I contacted him several times each time he said he would take a look,but now he does not reply.So it seems I will have To go elsewhere .One month later,despite posting saying they would help, I have not been contacted at all.Obviously their reply was just a stock answer  to  whatever problem  posted. Great service, great price , answered all my questions and made me feel at ease, very professional and polite , some pointing needed doing on my gable end and some plastering on the wall inside that had been damaged , always on time and never stopped working even in the rain !! Messaged Kevin to sort out roofing and guttering problems.
He quickly went out to look at the problem and gave me a quote on the same day.
I then booked the job in with him.
He arranged for scaffolding to go up and all works needed to proceed including cement the chimney and sort the problem.
He kept me movement and even worked in a cloudy day.
After he finished the job, then clean everywhere no rubbish left in our house and backyard.
His team are always nice and answered my questions and solved all the issues I had.
We are happy with the job, I am particularly grateful to Kevin to manage without any issues.

Cheerful and hardworking. Gets the job done professionally. Do come back and happily resolve any issues that crop up. Good work done at a reasonable cost. He has done a couple of roofing jobs for my mum who lived in Accrington.   She is very happy with his work.  The last job was delayed due recurrent inclement weather but he kept calling in to see if the roof was safe to work on and kept my mum informed of each attempt to access the roof.
